Actually

I too like chicken hearts, as well as the gizzards if they are tender. KFC use

to make wonderful gizzards with their “special” seasonings that would

melt in your mouth. Hubby doesn’t like the gizzards he says they are too

grizzly for him, but he’ll eat the liver and heart.

I’ve

never had beef heart, I think I am intimidated by the size!! Lol….

Chicken hearts, sauteed in garlic and onion are Da bomb! Robbin Loves them,

they're kiddy sized! And Beef heart, roasted, yummy! It tastes like the

finest roast or fillet! Ok, now that I know none of you will EVER talk to me

again...

Just think of it as a big roast. The Natives thought that eating the heart brought the courage of the beast. (Does that count for Chicken hearts, too?)
