Guest guest Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006 : Just to give you an update on me (and I'm a fast typist so typing rather than talking is better for me! ) I'm still on 25 mg Prozac (haven't changed that at all) - but I've upped my magnesium to 3 times a day (125 mg x 3) and also added Barlean's Essential Woman (which is Omega 3, etc.). Honestly, I've felt better than I ever have since upping the magnesium and the Omega3......I've just been enjoying my feeling of " wellbeing " and so haven't even touched my dosage on the Prozac.... I've also started eating vegetables about 4x a week (a big difference from eating pizza 4x a week!) We were a little low on cash flow over the past two months, but I'm hoping to order that " toddy " stuff by next week.... Anyway, my thoughts have been to slowly start to decrease the Prozac in about a month or so.....I figure since I'm at 25 mg, that I would take it down 2.5 mg; does that sound right? In all honesty, I don't feel it " necessary " for me to actually speak with you right now.....I'm sure once I start on the actual decreasing of dosage then that will most likely change, but for now, I'm fine.... Hope all of the above makes sense! Terri SPAM-LOW: Announcement > Dear List Members, > > > As you know, I've been mostly absent for a while.
