Guest guest Posted June 1, 2006 Report Posted June 1, 2006 , Interesting to read your post and Kim's response about the sleep. I was planning on posting today about the joys of being up at 4 am. Before I do that, I wanted to encourage you to please hear Kim. There are so many times and so many different ways here that we discover the need to change how we look at something. You've been doing a great job of going forth with all the changes. But I hear you saying it's okay to tell your body when to sleep. Actually the opposite is true. What we do here based on biochemical individuality is all about listening to our bodies. You've heard say again and again that people can't taper according to a schedule. That the nutrient protocol right for one person is not right for someone else. And at the risk of bringing up that other program, remember the purpose of the journal? It was even named "Your Body Speaks." It was all about listening to your body. For your body to be willing to sleep at all after what you've been through is a precious gift. To be able to sleep eight hours is almost unheard of at your point in recovery. Please, accept the gift your body is giving you. The gift to your husband and family is that during your joint waking hours, you'll be feeling much better. How low will we go? Check out Yahoo! Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates. Quote
