Guest guest
Just wanted to say that Im down to 8.1mg from 10mg of celepram and feeling so much better, my head is so much clearer, I can think properly for the first time in ages. Im enjoying thinking again making sure that I just let things go too instead of ruminating which is what drove me nuts before I went on the drugs to start with. Im feeling as if Im getting a cold all the time though, but, I have started an exercise routine which is so much more than I was even doing before the drugs. So I feel Im having a bit of a clear out. The instant I reduced my dosage my appetite has changed. I had put on 5 stone with this drug and was obsessed with food. Now Im not. Im excited that this is working for me. Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I don't post much but am feeling so good about my progress that I wanted to share it with you all. I began my taper from Xanax at 3.0 per day last fall, and have now successfully switched to Valium and have reduced the valium to 7.5 mg per day.... I feel great. My withdrawal symptoms have been minimal since I joined the group and learned about the slow taper, and food supplements. Thanks to all who have gone before me and provided such wonderful insights. Hang in there to all those just starting this journey. It is worth it!! Peace, Rose
