Tankies ... I had a pretty good nap, but not until after she placed all the needles in. Then she attached little electrodes and gave me some buzzing... very similar to a TENS machine, only the vibrations go deeper into the muscle so it's more effective. The herbs she only burns when you're in a sitting position and on your back so that the ashes, etc. can fall to the special board she places on the floor below you. The herbs come in a paper tubes and seems a little like putty in consistency. Looks rather sticky... stinks bad too.... lol.

I say... whatever works... I'm game :-)

love and hugs,

Norah

You mean your NOT?!? Oh. Than cancel my order! LOL

Actually she probably takes your falling asleep as a compliment. It means you trust her and that is a good thing when you are being stuck with needles. What I can't figure out is how on earth she can burn herbs on top of the needles. I have seen those things and there is no where to put ANYTHING on top of them!

I am glad you had a good session and a good sleep though!
