Ah ... I'm in the same boat... I think. My sugar fasting levels was at the very top end of normal... so I sure can relate. My biggest problem is I have an incredible sweet tooth.... This is going to be one huge battle for me. I'll keep you in my positive thoughts and prayers hun. Try not to worry. Just do whatever you are supposed to do to keep this at bay and stay as healthy as you can. Can I ask a personal question? Ok.. I can't wait for the answer...LOL... if you have a weight problem (I am very overweight), you may consider joining our Fibromites Fighting Weight group. It's a sub group of this one for helping us Fibromites that have to lose weight. Norma is also in the same boat with diabetes and on the list. Starting very soon... we'll be discussing nutrition for pre-diabetics. Norma has graciously agreed to share information from her diabetic nutritionist with the group. I also have seen one and have some paperwork and info that I want to share with the group. We need all the support with this battle as we all know... fighting multiple health demons is no easy task, so we're going to help each other through this particular war.
