Hi Janine,

I would love to think that we had something to do with it, but who

knows. I'm sure there are many people who are not on this board who

have been trying to fight them as hard as we have. I have totally

made it my mission! Keep trying and harass them if you have to. If

you call BCBS more than 3 times on one claim they are supposed to

put a rush on the processing to have an answer in 24-48 hours. I'm

not sure if CIGNA has anything like that or not. We still haven't

actually received official answer on our second band yet, but the

person I spoke with today said she didn't see how they couldn't

cover it. It's funny that nobody has mentioned DME with this band,

so I'm wondering if that policy change means it is no longer covered

as DME. Who knows?! Let me know how you make out.
