Guest guest
I haven't but I know I've seen where people here have. I have to get my ambien refilled; I know that much. I keep forgetting. duh. I'm ready to get the Tylenol pm! Margaret, mom to the monsters Tylenol PM Does anyone take Tylenol PM at night for pain/sleeplessness? I find I am exhausted a lot of the time but can't sleep once I lie down...and sometimes when I lie down at night is when I start aching all over and my costo pain flares. T-PM helps me a lot. I asked my internist if it was safe to take nightly and he said it was, but I wonder, since I've pretty much lost faith in him. --Leigh sKollectionsPSP'D Royalty FreeFont/Comic Sans MS1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
I took Ambien for a while in 2003 b/c I was on Lupron shots for my pelvic pain before my hysterectomy. I loved it b/c I never felt dopey in the mornings with it. Lupron puts you into a pseudo-menopausal state, and along with that comes the sleeplessness, so that's why I was taking it. I ended up having to wean myself off of it, though, in the end. --Leigh -- Re: Tylenol PM I haven't but I know I've seen where people here have. I have to get my ambien refilled; I know that much. Guest guest
Well I don't Leigh because I take Elavil at night. But over the past month I've started giving it to my daughter. She has been complaining of just feeling achy all over and not being able to go to sleep. She has been having a really difficult time dealing with her father (who lives 10 hours away) and I am really afraid of all the stress of that situation causing her to start to develop juvenile fibromyalgia. So I started giving her a tylenol pm when she can't fall asleep within 30 minutes or so. So far, it has really helped her and she said that her all over achy feeling has completely gone away.
