I checked out the CFS site that was mentioned and found something very interesting:

"Many CFS patients experience lightheadedness or worsened fatigue when they stand for prolonged periods or when in warm places, such as in a hot shower. "

I have long suspected I have CFS along with FMS. This describes me to a T! I have such a hard time taking showers when I have to wash my hair (which is pretty long and VERY thick). I have to rest after I rinse the shampoo out and before I put the conditioner on.

Isn't that wild?? I didn't see that statement, but omgosh...that's why my legs feel weak in the shower!!! They don't really at other times but they always do in the shower!! And yesterday I could hardly finish washing and rinsing my hair (shoulder-length & thick) before my shoulders and arms were killing me.

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
