Well said, My husband cooks also. His brain cyst is growing and will

have to come out and I hope I can be there for him and he suffers no

complications.

He is the greatest! I had a jerk the first time I was married at 18

so it is true, I would not have met my REAL husband if I did not get rid of the

the first.

Hi Carolyn,

Reading your post made me feel very guilty. I complain a lot about my husband

because I feel like he has pulled away from me quite a bit. For the last couple

of years he has been very distant. We haven't slept together for over a year.

That's my fault, I sleep better in the recliner and his snoring is so annoying

that I can't stand to be in the bedroom with him.

Why I feel so guilty is my husband works 2 jobs the first one starting at

3:15am and the second one ending at 6:30pm. He gets home does what needs to be

done here, eats supper, takes a shower, and goes to bed. In the summer time he

even throws in keeping our yard very nice looking.

Last October my son, his wife, and their (now) 11 month old baby girl (my

pride and joy) moved in with us. My son works but his wife goes to college.

The only way she could stay in school and finish was for them to move in with us

and we help them out a little. That's one of the reasons my husband works 2

jobs. My son could do the same. (ha).

Anyway, my husband has a horrible back and he also has gout very bad in his

feet. I think that I'll quit complaining about him and just be thankful for

him.

Carol (OK)
