As to the dosage he suggested I ask the pharmacist. We purchased a bottle of 1000mg capsules and the pharmacist said take 2 per day. Based on some of the things I've read, that seems like not enough. Can anyone tell me what the dose should be. Mike is 5'11 " , 164 lbs.
