Guest guest
I got my gallbladder out about 4 weeks ago and feel so much better. There is no reason to go through all of that pain. -----Original Message----- From: pomagranate@... It's been over a month since I've had an attack, and tonight I just had another one. I was feeling pretty confident you know - taking my milk thistle, flaxseed oil, granulated lecithin each day. Two liver cleanses under my belt. Eating whatever I wanted, usually throwing in a few doses of fiber (psyllium husks) for good measure daily. Plenty of water, and two 16 oz glasses of organic apple juice daily. I was CURED.. right? NOT! Got that old familiar feeling again after dinner... I've been eating pretty poorly this past week (the week before my monthly cycle I have cravings.. the typical ones, sweets, chocolate, salty stuff, pizza). I think my body decided to remind me that it's still healing. Guess who's going to be a little more aware of her diet in the future... Looks like I'll have plans this weekend (best make sure I still have enough olive oil and epson salts in the cupboard. Gotta buy a grapefruit too...) I discovered through trial and error that two tablespoons of cod liver oil taken during an attack will stop my attacks within 15-30 minutes (tonight it was within 5 minutes). Has anyone else experienced this as well? I figure the dense oil gives the gall bladder a big push... of Oregon Progress, not perfection Learn more from our experience, more then 200 liver flush stories: http:///messages/gallstones-testimonials <http:///messages/gallstones-testimonials> Liver Cleanse Recipe: http://www.CureZone.com/cleanse/liver/ <http://www.CureZone.com/cleanse/liver/> Web Sites for more information: http://CureZone.com/gallstones/ <http://CureZone.com/gallstones/> http://www.liverdoctor.com/ <http://www.liverdoctor.com/> http://www.sensiblehealth.com/ <http://www.sensiblehealth.com/> List Unsubscribe: gallstones-unsubscribe Post message: gallstones Group page: gallstones <gallstones> Group Archives: http:///messages/gallstones <http:///messages/gallstones> You are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the Gallstones group on 's groups. Guest guest
Hi, I have been on this list for months, I have been suffering severe gallbladder attacks for about 2 years, with a frequency of one attack every 3 weeks. I finally got worn down by the pain and last week I had it taken out. Since then I have never felt so good and wish I had done it ages ago. Even the recovery time is amazing me (I had keyhole surgery) I am a 32 year old married women with 2 young children and I finally feel like I have my life back again. I agree with you when you say there is no need to go through all that pain although I do understand and respect the people who want to keep a hold of their organs and flush their stones out. Good luck to everyone with your flushes. Guest guest
I totally agree. Its a great feeling to not have to worry constantly about how you are going to feel after eating something. I have also learned a lot from this site about supplements and how the liver works. I will continue to use some of the supplements to keep my liver moving. Guest guest
One observation regarding gall bladder removal: Two of my sisters (there are 4 of us) have had their gall bladders removed via surgery. I'm the only one who's tried alternatives (suppliments, flushes). Initially, the first few months were cake for them - could eat anything, felt so much better. After 6 months, they started having digestive problems, diarreha, and were still having digestive problems, and also pain in their liver area. It seems pretty common for the first few months after surgery to feel wonderful, then things start getting back to where they were. Of course every person's experience is unique. of Oregon pomagranate@... > I totally agree. Its a great feeling to not have to worry constantly about how you are going to feel after eating something. Guest guest
>>I got my gallbladder out about 4 weeks ago and feel so much better. There >>is no reason to go through all of that pain.<< It's been almost eight months since I've had mine out. It was definitely the right decision for me. After 3 years of battling pain, with increasing frequency, I am pain-free. Guest guest
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and that shouldn't be a problem for anyone else. I did flushes for several years and finally ended up having my gall bladder out. I don't regret it either. ----- Original Message ----- From: R.
