I've used a CPAP since 1995, and I can't sleep/breathe without it.

After your sleep study ask them what kind of " Apnea " you have. I

have obstruction, but also Central, which makes it " Mixed Apnea " . I

am assuming the Central is from the MS? I also use nose pillows

instead of the mask type. It took awhile to get use to these things

in my nose [just in the opening, not all the way in], but once I

broke them in, I couldn't even tell I have them. I take the thing

off before my grandchildren come in the bedroom, don't want to scare

them! lol...., BOTH my hubby and me have CPAP's, so we are a matched

set!
