Panic Attacks

Ladies,

I undertand where you are coming from when you are talking about

panic attacks. I used to get them everytime I heard a siren and

didn't know where my husband or kids were. Having DH have a cell

phone helped knowing that I could call and see if he was ok. What

helped me the most was when some one prophecied over him saying that

people from all around would see the wisdom God had given him. Also

the verse that says " believe the prophets and prosper " . When I would

start to go in to a panic I would remind the devil of these things

and it would help me to calm down.

When I used to go to a store and buy myself something I would have

a panic attack and start crying. I had gone without buying things

for myself for so long that it made me extremely uncomfortable to buy

something even if I really needed it. I still have a hard time

buying some thing for my self. I splurged and bought two pair of

glasses with our flexfund money. The total came to over $400. I

honestly don't remember when I bought the one's I am wearing now. My

frames broke about 3 years ago. I went to Walmart ato get new frames

and they stopped carrying ones that would fit my lenses. I was going

through my daughter's things one day and found a her extra frames. I

took them to Walmart and they were able to make them fir. I did

splurge on a pair of prescription sunglasses too. But I am tired of

alway having to squint my eyes. I'm too short for the visor in the

car too help much.

I am really fighting the guilt for buying the glasses. But we

would have lost the money in the account if we didn't use up the

money before June 30th.
