Hi,

I am new to this board, i have been taking ativan for 4 years now and

i am down to .05 three times a day, i can't seem to go any further, i

try to go to 2 pills a day instead of three, i am trying to cut the

one i take at bedtime but when i do i cannot sleep. I just thought i

might get some input on this board on how to wean myself.
