Guest guest
Thanks ..now if I could just get my butt on a regular exercise routine, I would be doing great. I went from 115 to 148.6 on the effexor:( Tonie > > Hi Tonie, > > Way to go on getting off effexor. A month is great! I am so happy for you. > > That is awesome you want to quit smoking. Guest guest
Thanks Kim, I used the patches my last quit, and made it 4 months. I let a silly arguement with my husband ruin my quit:( Hopefully I can be stronger this time. Tonie > > Hi Tonie, > > Congratulations on being off the Effexor! Guest guest
Hi Tonie, Don't feel bad. I went up to 221 on Zyprexa. Now down to 193. And the exercise is the last part of my recovery. I just have not been able to do it. But I've been doing stretches for awhile, and I walked Friday and today. Also today I did about 10 minutes of a tai chi disc. So I am getting there. You will too. Just find something you can do for 5 minutes and then increase it weekly. Brings words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with Yahoo! Mail.
