Adjustable Air Pillows??

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good adjustable air

pillow? I don't want one that's just air and vinyl. I need something

that adjusts with air, but also has either some Fiberfil or foam. etc.

My neck is getting worse and it is giving me a lot of grief at night

time. I now have a stack of pillows beside my bed, including a memory

foam pillow. I wake up and switch them around half a dozen times a

night. It's getting really wearying. I figure a pillow that I can

adjust to suit me exactly, would be the smart way to go.

I'm hoping that of our 1060 members, someone will have had some

experience (good or bad) with these contraptions. I know we have

around 700 people (or more) reading in the background at any given

time. So if anyone has some advice for me, and is uncomfortable

posting to the group, please contact me privately.

I need some guidance on this one.

Thanks.

Hello Lyndi,

I have several centrally herniated disc's in my neck and the only

pillow that has given me any relief at all is made out of " Foam

Polystyrene beads "

It completely envelops my head and neck to insure a comfortable sleep.

I'll have to ask my sister where she got it from, Another good

pillow I use on trips completely wraps around my neck to give my neck

the support it needs. It helps to smooth out the rough train rides a

lot.

It too is made of a form fitting foam. and will get another

workout this coming Thursday, I'll be going to my sisters house in

northwestern Ct., basically means a long train ride of approximately

three hours.
