Start with Capture the Power Foundation video2. 100 jabs on each side3. 100 crosses on each side4. 100 hooks on each side5. 100 uppercuts on each side 6. 100 front kicks on each side7. 100 round house kicks on each side8. 100 side kicks on each side9. 100 back kicks on each side10. 100 push ups in sets of 2511. 300 different sit ups in sets of 100 12. Hold horse stance for 2 minutes13. Finish with a two mile jog.
