A few months back someone had asked about any Ab challenges from 's site. I thought we had done one but (the spreadsheet creator) didn't have any. But Tasha posted this one.

You may increase the intensity of this challenge by holding your 1 lb weights from your Elite band in your hands. Give me: 100 crunches 100 crunches lying on your side, legs bend, keeping your head, hips and feet all in line, crunch up toward your feet. Repeat on other side. 100 reverse crunches- legs crossed, shoulder blades off the ground, lift your hips up off the floor and SQUEEZE those abs!!! Bicycle for a count of 100 with heels flexed. Flip over, and get into the "UP" position of a push up, while staying in that position, lift your left heel up, take the left leg out to the left side, bring it back in toward the right foot, and set it back down to the staring position, repeat on other side. Give me a count of 50- 25 on each leg. Flip over on your back, bring your head and upper torso midway between lying flat on the floor and sitting straight up, squeeze that tummy in, round your back, and cross punch for a count of 50. GREAT one to hold weights on!!! Using the above position, do some biceps curls pulsing and SQUEEZING those abs tight throughout the entire movement Using the above position, speed bag and slowly come up for a 4 count, go down to barely touching the floor with your shoulder for a 4 count- repeat 15 times Lets do some plank holds - left arm out, right leg out, for an eight count, Change sides, do 5 sets! Leg whips! 25 please!- Lie on your back, you may hold on to the legs of a couch, or table, above your head. Feet are together, toes pointed, bring the legs up toward your head without lifting your hips off of the floor, and do not let your feet touch the floor on the way back down. Let's finish up with holding a plank, on your forearms and toes- give me 3 minutes!!!! Flip over on your tummy, keeping your arms and legs out, lift arms and legs up for 1 minute! Flip over on to your back, point your toes in one direction, your arms in the opposite direction and really reach while really pointing your toes.
