Guest guest
Hi to all, I have been a major lurker this past year but still read through messages as I get the chance. I am planning on attending the Indy conference and am very excited about that. What I wanted to take a moment to share is that Austin, age 6 Charger, will be on t.v. tonight! He is the featured child for a story on Katlyn's Hope. Shari Willis, mom to Katlyn, a little deafblind baby who passed away as an infant from RSV, will be receiving an award for her work and dedication to helping families with children who are deafblind. You all have read emails from Shari and there is a great Katlyn's Hope website you can visit for more info. The t.v. people wanted to show a child who had benefitted from the help of Katlyn's Hope so Shari called me and we set up the event at Austin's school. He was such a good kid that day! Walked around the school with his white cane like he owned the place! I can't wait to see the final story...it airs tonight at 10pm on our local news. I will be taping it and maybe it can be shown (somehow) at the Conference??? Take care, Jacque C. mom to Austin (6, CHaRgE) and , almost 3 wife to Steve Rose Hill, KS
