I sit glued to my TV set like everyone else, stunned at the enormity of the losses. When I can, I tear myself away for a walk or a bike ride, and then I see or smell the smoke from NYC as it wafts offshore down the Jersey coast. It was strange not to be able to get online to this group of friends for a while, and I am glad we are reconnected. May God bless us all. War is something that must, as least be contemplated, so that the message is perfectly clear.
