Thank you so very much for your thoughts. Yes, the 8th is the one year

anniversary and we spent Mother's Day, last year, at the funeral home for

visitation. Joe was buried on the 12th and my aunts birthday is the 13th. So

much happened so quickly last year. On Friday and I took a small flower

arrangement with a statue of Jesus out to Joe's grave. put it in the

ground then stood to read the headstone.

It still all seems so odd not having Joe around. I truly hope time heals this

wound as a piece of my heart was torn away a year ago.

I so greatly appreciate that you remembered this date and thinking of me helps

to cope with this loss. Then, if you remember another member of the group

(haven't seen her in here in so long) her dad passed away on the 12th. We were

away at the funeral and had a message on the phone when we got home that her dad

had passed. She lives not far from me so this Wednesday I shall call her.

I am truly rambling - missing Joe here.

Hugs-

Sandie

Sandie, i do remember when 's dad passed and i hope that she doing ok, when

you call pass on my best wishes to her and her family.

I'm getting ready for my dads on Saturday, it's such a sad feeling knowing that

he'll be gone nine years and yet it seems like yesterday that i found out he's

drowned himself, i still have to pinch myself when i utter those words, it

always used to seem to me that things like that happened to other people but

sadly it can fall into our own lives too, on Sunday granda will be gone nine

months too, so all in all i'm not really looking forward to the weekend at all

but i know i'll get through it and Monday will dawn with something new....

I know your trip isn't far away..are you exited? i'd be wetting my knickers if

it were me( i do pee a lot you know...lol...).

Anyway hope you and are keeping well, showed the photo of you and

and he said 'what happened? She's not fat!!!...lol...

.xx

My thoughts will be with you this weekend. You are so right, some way, some how

we always seem to make it through those tough times.

Wetting your knickers??? Well then, I am not such an avid 'wetter' yet do

appreciate your excitement in all this...no hugs from you, until you change that

is. Whoa!!

Thank you for passing along my photo to your . I am hoping he see's that

not 'all' Americans are fat, well, not nessarily this one. On a good day that

is. Even last evening said I have room to gain some weight...where is

that chocolate anyhow?? Will have to check into that. He of course is partial

and does know all the 'right' things to say. No dog house nights for him - yet.

Thanks for continuing to stay in touch. I am thrilled each and every time I see

a post from you, to me...wheeeeeeeeee

Love and hugs - from across that damn huge pond-

Sandie
