Guest guest
I don't know what the office prefers but I usually ask for Adriene and then ask her to fax a RX. She's always done it pretty quickly. Gaylen
Guest guest
I want to hear from others on how they go about getting refills on prescriptions from Dr Gs office. At first I was asking my pharmacy to call them for the Rx. But they did not like doing that....they wanted me to call the office and make the request. I have been emailing a request to the office and asking them to fax a rx to the pharmacy. This worked well for awhile, but I have had problems lately. I just wanted to know from others what works best for them and also if anyone knows what the office prefers. Thanks
Guest guest
The first year our pharmacy called Dr. G's office to get the RX but they changed policy and started charging a few dollars to call the doctor's office (long distance). For about the past year I've requested the refills monthly- with Pharmacy fax number- in the " comments " section of our updates that we fax in weekly/biweekly. The refills have been filled within 24 hours (during the business week) without problems. The time I forgot to add the pharmacy fax # Dr. G's office called me to get it. Best of luck, in AL Reality lies beyond the horizon... Wonderwegian
