You can always do what I usually do, figure out each ingredient individually, then add, and divide the total by the # of servings. It's a pain, but if you *really* wanna know..... Or you could just estimate, write down that number and then multiply it by two. That's probably the *actual* calorie count. Hate to say it, but most people underestimate the amount they eat. It's a fact. Just for the record the Diet Power software will do that for you, I believe. I am a new convert (thanks to MP) so I'm not up to full speed on the program yet, but I think it has a user-defined recipe option.
