Hi Everyone

Just wanted to

let you know that this week, ALDI SUPERMARKETS across Australia have

Lumina Scales for $29.99 on special, these will calculate the nutritional value

of hundreds of foods, one of the values analysed is MY BELOVED

FRIEND......SODIUM......... I have to follow low sodium....... I bought my

scale the other day, they are fantastic and for a cost of $30 they are

brilliant..... When scales like this first came out, they were hundreds

of dollars.

A book of codes

comes with the machine, you enter the code as per the food in the book and it

does all the work for you, there are also a number of user named codes you can

add later....... For me it will take the guess work out of how much my food

weighs and the sodium level is a bonus, it will also calculate, fats,

cholesterol, calories, kilojoules and fibre

So you have until

Wednesday to get these, so hope you will be as happy with your scales as I am

with mine..
