Guest guest
I hear ya' man. Even though you make some great changes, I'd feel the same way. Here are some suggestions though for help. Learn to dead lift - Use it as one of your leg workout. Find a weight that you can do 20 reps with and do 3 very s-l-o-w sets. Even if it's the only leg exercise you do, it'll help you get through barriers you need to do. You'll put on lean muscle mass while your body releases some major hormones to kick you out of this rutt. Does you gym have a swiss ball? Those big balls that people can sit on to do exercises? If they do, USE THEM. I've spoken about them so much on here, I'm sure you guys have figured out that I am retarded for those things. I'm sure you might snicker about this but most people are weak in their trunks (stomach and lower back) and just do your usual exercises on that ball. You'll break through the barriers you've hit right now. If you don't have them at the gym, see if you can buy one and take it to the gym with you. Something else you can do to compensate if the ball isn't there is standing on one foot while doing exercises. Same concept applies. It's why people use momentum instead of proper form, all because the trunk is weak. Who knows, you may give the gym owner ideas of new equipment to get. If all else you may just be overtrained.
