Ray, Let me recommend the Timex Datalink Ironman Triathlon. It has 10 different

alarms and each will re-ring in 5 minutes if you don't shut it off in 20

seconds. This works like a snooze alarm. The watch is programmable from your

computer too and you can put a bunch of phone numbers in it too. You can add a

text message to each alarm so you know which medicine to take.
