Jan, I also have been so dizzy for about a week now. I guess

I'm gonna have to get to dr. Pat,SC

--------------------------------------------------------------

Jan, You sound very stressed out. You can't care for your husband if you don't

take care of yourself. You are in California...right? In Ariz, we have a state

program called ALTECS...Az long term care ...and we have hired an eldercare

attorney to help in the qualification process. What this means is that mom can

keep her house, her assets and cars by setting up an income annuity. You

should look into an elder care attorney. The stress of having to consider

selling your house must be overwhelming.

My sister-in-law's mother is in a nursing home and they were able to get state

help. I will check into this and get back with you. In the mean time...do

something for you. I know that is easier said than done, but you are creative.

Put it to good use and take care of yourself!

I'll let you know about the care issues.

Be Well! Hugs.

Lynn

Jan, I began taking Bonine (meclizine),yesterday, I called the pharmacist. Tks,

Pat in SC.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Pat,

The doctor gave me some medication that is actually

over the counter called, Meclizine, it's supposed to

help with my dizziness. It's for motion sickness and

not a cure. The doctor said the dizziness will go away

eventually. He gave me some exercises to do, laying

down and turning my head from side to side for 15

seconds ea. with a lumbar under my upper back.....Jan
