We used a combination of the two allergy elimination techniques for our little guy. Can be quite effective for some folks. For instance, my son was able to "clear" all foods and supps he was muscle tested for, but I still restrict many foods because he just doesn't tolerate them. My niece has never been able to "clear" milk after MANY attempts. Good luck, feel free to email me if you have specific questions.
