My question is in regard to the lack of response. If we did not observe the

die-off has addressed the underlying problem. Valtrex seems to be beneficial

but is it aggressive enough. By changing Meds do you expand the variety of

viruses you are trying to eliminate.

Confused as always

Re: Famvir vs. Valtrex

Our son has done better on Valtrex. I belive each child is

different and you do not know how a med fits unless you try it on.

Understand about the plateaus...but I believe if you find a med that

does not cause negative side effects stick with it. How long on

Famvir? Our experience also was we saw progress each time Dr G had

us increase Celexa dose...Jack is 40 lbs and 4 1/2 yrs up to 1 1/4

of a 10 mg tablet daily.

Does anyone out there know anything about ecxema and what is effective to

treat it?I have tried creams and ointments and nothing is helping to relieve the

constant skin flare ups. I am having a series of patch tests done soon to find

what it is that I am so allergic to. Thanks to anyone who can help.

My friend goes thru this occ'ly and the only thing

that " puts out the fire " of the flareup is to go on a

prescription of oral steroids. Barb

My Daughter gets occasional eczema, but since eliminating DAIRY products from

her diet it fixed the problem. When she eats pizza at the occational birthday

party, her eczema return but only in small patches. I hope this helps. Argie
