First of all, can you tell us in general, some details about the famed "

Winkleman " case. What are the issues?

Like any case before the US Supreme Court, the issue before the Court itself

has a life of its own. The issue that the Court will hear concerns " whether

parents have a right to prosecute a case under IDEA on behalf of their

child " or instead whether they must hire a lawyer.
