Guest guest Posted March 6, 2001 Report Share Posted March 6, 2001 Well, I got it yesterday and did it this afternoon. I've got a couple of questions though....what do you do when you get a cramp? I tend to get them when I'm on my hands and knees doing the leg kicks. Do I keep working thru the cramp or do I stop? The pain tends to go away quickly but then when I start back up, the pain comes back. It's a good workout and hopefully I'll be feeling it tomorrow. I may try to do this a couple of times a week.
