Last time it was very layed-back. I think and Shellie hung around for

about an hour after the 11:00 a.m. workout, talking with people and posing

for pictures. I don't know about the later workouts though. Susi and

Phyllis might know since they stayed for the later workouts. After the

As always, they are pretty gracious. I think the amount of time they

stay depends upon the amount of people that are around after each

workout. I would say that anybody who wants to have a chance to say

hello to them will have one.

Ann-Marie,

They were incredibly gracious last time and hung out for a LONG time

taking pictures and talking with everyone who wanted to I've

never seen rush off and not talk to his fans

Ann-Marie,

The QVC people didn't say anything to us about leaving! The set that

we work out on is solely for the Tae-Bo thing, so it's not like they

have to get us out of there for something else, especially since

there will be Tae-Bo workouts all day

the message board and saw your post from end of Jan. I am glad that you are

Well it was so great to see everyone again and I do regret not being

able to go and meet you all but sercumstances just would not let me.

Update:

My back is much better and I am doing TB Full time well 4 times a

week. As of march 5th I will no longer be working for amazon.com, I

have decided not to return out of fear for my back. I am going to be

back to work for another world wide company on the 12th and I am so

excited.

And to top it all off I got an e mail from QVC today stating that a

gift was purchased for me by my parents and will be arriving on or

before the 9th..........

I am so bummed I missed the interview of :-( I got so side-tracked I

forgot to watch it. I did order the 6 pack and the abs tapes - OUCH!! It was

such a good deal but I broke a promise. I told myself I couldn't order another

tape until I mastered the live basic. I can do it without a real problem but I

want to feel stronger and more in control when I do it. Oh well, I just will

work harder so I can try my new tapes! LOL!!

That's okay Amy, when you made yourself that promise, you didn't know

that such a deal of Tae-Bo tapes would be offered and I don't think

ANYBODY who doesn't have these tapes could pass up the great deal.

That is amazing and difficult! You are very tough. It's probably a good

Thanks for the encouragement, I have realized that TB is the best thing for

me especially emotionally. Since I have been off work I have become so short

tempered and TB has helped me get my emotional balance back. As for the

physical side, I found out that my 10 yr reunion is in August and I want to

look the best I can given the short time. So I have been doing my TB and

following a very strict diet to shed some unwanted pounds and get into shape.

I know that I will not be able to lose everything I want to in such a short

period of time but I will take what I can get.!!!!!!!!!

HI guys! Well, I tried to tape the workouts from the

QVC since I was gone for the day and guess what I did?

I set the VCR for the times TAEBO listed, not

thinking about the time zone difference. We got home

late and just caught part of the last segment. I did

recognize (you looked awesome as always!!)

though! It looked like the workout was really hard.

You guys were turning this way and turning that way.

How you all kept up I wouldn't know! I was excited

though about the 6 tape Taebo II offer and had to

order it of course. I already have a copy of the

intro tape that comes with it, but I can probably sell

it on EBAY and get some of what I spent back!! Sherry

kinds of stuff...it's like home shopping network! The Tae-Bo tapes

were the special value of the day and that's why they had all the

live workouts with !

Hi h

QVC is a home shopping channel on satellite tv (and on cable too)

As well as the one in the USA that the girls went to at the weekend,

there is one in the UK (english) and I also know that there is a

German QVC too.

Perhaps you could ask if any friends have satellite and they might be

able to help you.

Here in England we only have the original 4 pack of tapes available

through QVC - they have more in the USA. The same in the stores we

seem to have different basic Live workouts available on video - I

don't know what's available in Europe.
