(I hope he is there, if not it will still be a blast to be around you guys). It is great to hear that you guys had such a great time!~! FYI once you go to one of our " events " its hard to say no to coming to all of them. There is a great group of people on this list. Not only does he have some real potential as an instructor, but everyone working out together was fun because we could be goofy. did an awesome job demonstrating the moves especially considering she had never seen Stan teach before. It takes time to get use to each instructor's individual style. will make an incredible Taebo instructor. I can see why pays so much attention to her! I can't wait till our next get together. The Taebo spirit lives within me, but it always stronger after one of our get togethers. I pity the people who see it as just another workout. Who is a bit on the sentimental side tonight. Don't forget Ann Marie and Bob I just wanted to say that I also had such an awesome time yesterday working out and hanging out with my Tae-Bo friends! Stan's class was really awesome and I had a lot of fun helping him lead the class! I am really feeling that workout today...it was tons of fun! Although, I wouldn't classify it in the same category as the classes at the WTC...they are in a class all by themselves as far as intensity and instructors But, it was definitely a tough workout with some fun and new cobinations! I had such a blast and am so glad it worked out that I could be there! I have made such awesome friends through Tae-Bo and am so grateful that I am able to come to these lunches every once and awhile! It is worth every penny to get to spend a day with such awesome people I can't wait until the WMTC becomes a reality! At least their service was pretty darned good for such a large group. Next time I'm going to have to rent a banquet hall for you all! hahah. Anyways, I hope this link works, but I uploaded some of the quick time movies I took with the digital camera. (Thanks Bob for using my camera to take these!) So here's the deal. You need apple's quick time to view them - you can get that at http://www.quicktime.com and you also need a decent speed modem connection (I'd recommend cable modem or better) for 2 of the movies, as the best one is 10+ megabytes in size. The other 2 are 2-3 megabytes, and most everyone should be able to view these 2 with some patience... At any rate, here's the link for the movies. The best one is the one titled 'mdlunchworkout.mov' - #1 & #2 are the biggest. If I weren't a darn Canadian, I could afford to go off on a whim in the states whenever I wanted to. Since I can never join you guys, I really truly appreciate seeing photos and getting posts on how your get together was. So, I want to thank each and everyone of you that has posted about your weekend in land...
