Guest guest
Thanks !! I've never had any of the TBTV workouts so all this will be fresh and new for me. ) I CAN'T WAIT! ) Carol << I got my tapes from QVC today. From what I could tell, it was the same music as the Tae-Bo TV workouts! But, I only watched a few minutes in the beginning.....it was instrumental stuff on all of them...so unless it changes once they really get started (which I doubt), I think it's the same music! The funny thing is that I was reading the back of the box and this is what it says " " Tae-Bo launches the latest in a series of the hottest workouts on the planet- Tae-Bo II- Get Ripped Series. These five videos are the toughest Tae-Bo workouts yet, containing more explosive moves than ever before and are jam-packed with a sizzling new soundtrack. If you are a current Tae-Bo Hero or are just starting, you will see consistent, amazing results from your very first workout. Tae-Bo continues to energize you with fast-paced new moves and new music that drives you to peak performance and gives you that " Get Ripped " look. " Well, I wouldn't exactly call the instrumental stuff from the TB TV workouts " a sizzling soundtrack " or " new music that drives me to peak performance " ....LOL! The one basic workout (TB TV Basic #19) is the one with all of us in it from February. So, when people get their copies of it, let me know and I'll tell you where we all are standing Oh, and the 8 minute workout looks to be from November from Shellie's hair...LOL! I only watched the very beginning of it! >>

Guest guest
I wonder when they will do something about the crappy synchronized fake music... I'd really love to hear some dance music that I know the words to. Anything disco, R & B, dance, etc would do nicely! Oh they are definetly stretching it by saying its 'hot music'. haha not. " I'm really glad now that I didn't rush out and buy the tapes from QVC. Barb has lent me a copy of some of the TBTV workouts, and since I could not get them here, I tapped them. I was really thinking of buying this new set vs taebo impact (and a bag). My money would be better spent buying the impact tape alone. The Inspirational Workout was TB TV Basic #18. I don't think the Inspirational had correcting your punches. I'm not sure about the QVC basic because I haven't watched it all the way through. In fact, the inspirational tape I have from the TBTV is an intermediate pace, in between beginning and advanced. The QVC pack should have at least 2 tapes at a beginning pace. I was just pointing out the advertisement on the back of the box, because it's a bit of a stretch...what with the music being a " new " electifying soundtrack...LOL..it's instrumental and not very motivating at all! And the " fast-paced " ....it's not any faster than what we are used to! So, don't be scared by that....the workouts are the same pace as the other tapes that you already have
Guest guest
> > who thinks should list where everyone is located! Ok, here goes.......I hope I remember everyone This is the basic from the QVC 5-pack with Michele on the cover (aka TB TV Basic #19): : 4th row all the way to the left, next to the riser. Wearing black workout pants and a black jog bra with yellow straps and stripes across the front. I've got a black baseball hat on backwards, so I look different than I do in the other workouts! a: To the right of . Wearing a red t-shirt and black workout pants with a white stripe Patty: All the way left in front of the back riser. Wearing a white t-shirt and black workout pants Elena: Next to Patty (to the right, I think?) Wearing black Tae-Bo shirt and black shorts : To the right of Elena. Wearing yellow Tae-Bo t-shirt and black shorts Susi: TQ's row, but in the back between the 2 risers (next to the left riser). Wearing black pants, a black Tae-Bo t-shirt and a red baseball hat Sandie: To the right of Susi in the very back. Wearing black capri workout pants and a light blue/gray (?) tank top : In the second to last row, next to the right back riser. Wearing a light purple Tae-Bo tank top and purple workout pants I think that's everyone For those of you who read the big boards Kicknangel, Kicknmom, Losingit/Taebodiva, RaeofSun, Cheryl (Rae's roomate) and her son Colton are also in this workout! The basic that we were in (TBTV basic #19) was a good basic, not too fast paced. There may be new moves, but they are not necessarily faster than the live 12-volume set. Guest guest
le, In fact, the TBTV basics were pretty much slow-paced. They were good for really concentrating on form. Guest guest
> Does anyone else feel this > way too? Kerri, I haven't done the TB TV workouts in a really long time, but the basic workouts were a little more " basic " than the Live tapes! Not all of them were that way, but a lot of them were! You can still get a great workout doing these workouts, but you really have to focus and concentrate on the movements and add a little intensity to your movements
