Guest guest
Tony, Thanks. You certainly have helped me establish a good diet plan this holiday season. Suddenly, all the Christmas candy just does not seem too appealing. Sharon REGARDING:Tony,That is fascinating. But probably not good info to give to teenagers. Suddenly, all the Christmas candy just does not seem too appealing. Sharon RESPONSE: Did I mention that most people allergic to chocolate are allergic because of the cockroach material in it? I presented in the Strange & Unusual Session at AIHCE 1999 on this. I even took 1/2 bar of chocolate and analyzed it microscopically. First thing I found was a big rat hair. Of course there is an AOAC for filth on insect parts. If I recall correctly it's 1% visible material (so they grind it first so you can't see it?).
