Introduction and raw clabber-diet

Hi

I just joined this group.

I started the milk-diet but in stead of driking raw milk I drink home made

clabber from

raw organic milk. I am only eating clabber (no other foods), a total 2

quarts/liters of

clabber a day, every one and half an hour a cup and I add a teaspoon with

ginger powder

and cinnamon otherwise I get very cold in my stomach. I tried to eat more but 2

liters/

quarts seems to be my limit.

I feel very happy.

My sleep since day one has become very deep and more pleasant. My skinn starts

to feel

like silk. No more constipation.

I hope to heal from general weakaness and digestive troubles and hormal

imbalance.

Has anyone else ever done the milk-diet with clabber or yogurt or buttermilk?

How long have you done it. How did you feel?
