Hi Kathy. You should try CPP disability. If this person has worked and paid

into CPP she/he may be able to collect. There is an advocate who used to work

for CPP disability and is now representing people trying to apply for it. His

name is Mike Moreland and he has won many cases. He does take a percentage if

you win but he knows what he is doing and can lessen the strain on the person

trying to apply. He can be reached at
