All Athletes and Needers of Electrolytes,

For the Donkey Punch of drinks mix in:

2 Tablespoons of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar or Palm Vinegar

2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey

1 Liter of Water

This is what the Roman soldiers used when on the march. This is what I use when

I am working out, or if I am sick or dehydrated. It is the ultimate electrolyte

drink. Tastes like vinegar the first sip, and after that, it tastes like sweet

water. You'll notice it really works because you will sweat more, and easier.

Your body will cool quicker, and your energy buz will ride more evenly.
