Hi. I would recommend organic chicken opposed to " Natural " . Chicken certified

organic can only be certified if the grain that they are fed is certified

organic which means no genetically engineered soy (as far as we know). I would

also recommend finding a source of pastured organic chicken locally from a

farmer, but if you can't, I would definitely recommend certified organic in the

grocery store. Natural is a step better than confinement, for sure, but there

is no guidelines for " natural " meat, so you really don't know what it means.

And the term " free range " as well is pretty vague. Free-range could simply mean

that they are not caged, which is better, but they could also by " free ranging "

on a concrete, manure ridden floor of a building without any access to the

outdoors. Just some thoughts....
