Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Happy belated Birthday . I haven't posted for a while, been travelling and work is hectic. My first fill was almost two weeks ago and I feel good, my portion size is much smaller and I have dropped 10kg in all. I'm not feeling hungry that often, and I usually wait until my tummy is rumbling before I eat something. I didn't know that the restrictive feeling wears off until I started reading these forums, that surprised me. I go back for another fill on the 5 June, but was wondering if you're not hungry and losing weight can you tell the dr to leave it a while, or is it best to find the sweet spot as soon as possible. I too am not stocking any junk food in the pantry, so no temptations, my treat is a Jarrah hot choc every night, my goal now is to incorporate excercise somehow (just not motivated with the cold) and get rid of the 15kg, which will get me into the double digits, bring it on. Aleks and I got caught in the horrible rain tonight on our way to per piano lesson, it hailed on my car while we were on the bridge at Concord, I was so upset, traffice was so bad, visibility poor and there was no where to take shelter. We only realised we had a power outage when we got home later on as the PC was back on and microwave blinking. Cheers Di
