Guest guest Posted September 10, 2002 Report Share Posted September 10, 2002 Hi : Oh, gosh, you made me laugh my butt off with that recounting of Nada saying " I can see clearly " !!! LOL I think the " verticle " salute was actually SYMBOLIC of her black and white thinking!! Good and bad thinking!! Like she put her hand there and it showed she was wearing " blinders " and was keeping her right side of the brain from communicating with the left side of her brain!! Body language, the key to the mind and soul!! Barb But, nothing is worse than the " moment of clarity " speeches! The one that sticks out in my head was when my nada had " run away " from my sister's house where she lived, to come and stay with me. She kept saying " Now I just see things so clearly " and every time she would say it she would put her hand up between her eyes and make a motion as if she was saluting, except instead of a horizontal " salute " it was vertical. > It made her look so completely insane and she must have done it 25 > times over the 2 days she stayed with me.
