Guest guest
Hi : That's child abuse, and done by a bully named Nada. (See why we don't use the " M " word?? LOL) Sorry that happened to you! Oh, did you see the t.v. show where Alan Alda explained that the brain stores threatening memories for survival purposes? Or anything that happens that creates anxieties, or nervousness, the brain stores it into the " permaenent, long term memory " part of our brain! Your brain perceives these disturbing acts as threatening our survival, so we remember them vividly! That way, if something similar to this happens again, you can react to it quickly -- the brain is setting up a " fail safe " situation -- and a " panic button " memory storage area!! If you were attacked by a stranger, and then saw that stranger again, the memory would come rushing back, and you'd run away from the stranger! Yes, I have a few bad memories of my own to share some day! It sounds like your mother is not only BPD but has severe PMS or depression or something else (like the list states, BPD is usually accompanied by some other illness.) Gosh, it would be great if she got on some antidepressants or something to treat the PMS! Or whatever! Wouldn't it? It would be a start!!
