Hi All,

Any of you Warrior Dieters out there have experience w/ this diet

while nursing? I remember seeing something about this either in book

or on Ori's site, but can't find it now. Anyhow, I am almost term w/

twins and am so looking forward to not having to eat every 2-3 hours

once they are here, but know I need to keep up my calories while

nursing. Would love to go back to fasting/feasting way of eating as it

is so much easier, especially now that I will be caring for twin babes!

Thanks,

i had to grin when i read this (no offense) but you need more calories and fat

to nurse a baby than to grow one in your womb :)

a bare minimum is 300 calories per baby for pregnancy and 500 calories per baby

for breastfeeding. that's the minimum in addition to what you need! so keep on

eating well :)
