Guest guest
Hi : I believe there are a variety of things you could TRY to do to help yourself feel better! Try to get in touch with your " inner-child " and see how she feels, and try to comfort her! Also, chanting might help a bit! Try deep breathing for relaxation Try Yoga Try reading a good fiction novel Try watching a good movie Post to this group and gripe, complain, Try crying -- it is a fabulous release Try everything and anything! You deserve to keep trying until you find things that help you to feel better. You deserve to feel better! Barb > > Hi All, > > Well the very high functioning bpd -witch/queen, hpd, npd noam is in full attack mode. I heard today she is now bad mouthing me - telling flat vicious lies about me to my grandmother (her mother). My grandmother has major dementia, she doesn't remember walking from one room to the next...so why bring this 86 year old into this mess? > > I am angry at myself because I have reacted, not to her, I allowed her to affect a few hours of my day. I got mad and hurt and I felt this need to defend myself. When does this need to defend me go away? I know it doesn't matter, I know it will do no good, but how do I work on this need? I don't want to react anymore...I am tired...I am wore out. I am disgusted when I think of all of the hell I have endured all of my life for what??? To prepare me for this shit??? This is wrong, I deserve to have peace in my life. > > This is so insane....SHE is the one to be rid of me and I am the one being retaliated against!!! I don't get it. > > Is there things I can practice??? Any chants to recite (lol)...anything to help me not allow her into my space (brain) again? > > Thanks all, As usual trying to find humor in something mean and hateful. > > > > --------------------------------- >
