Newbie Question - Arm Workout

Hi All:

I have been lurking for a while and learning every

day.

I officially started today although I have been

practicing the exercises and improving my eating

habits - especially portion control over the last

week.

My Question:

At my " gym " the dumbells (free weights) start at 5pds

and increase in 5 pound increments. The problem - I

can't complete the series 5/10/15/20 pounds as I am

not strong enough. In some exercises I am close in

others - can barely do 10 pounds.

Any ideas as to how I can modify the workout and gain

strength until I can do the full series at the proper

increments?

PS - For other newbies www.bodychangers.com has

interviews with folks who have accomplished their

goals not just BFL but other plans to. I think BFL is

right for me but I listen to all the interviews - if

they can do it - So Can I!!
