We just got Matt's IGg food panel back and Oats, garlic, peas, cashews,

pineapple, and peanuts were the BIG offenders. He also popped for

cheese and dairy from cow's but no issues with goat dairy. Our son, it

turns out has no issue with casein, whey, or gluten and wheat. Does

this mean that we could give him spraouted breads....or are grains of

any type to be completely avoided until the gut is adequately healed

and all yeast and bacteria issues under control. The Makers Diet and

Body Ecology approach approach vs the SCD basically. Our son has done

very well on the homemade goat's yogurt...so now we wonder about

sprouted breads....any advice anyone? Thanks a million! Diane
