Guest guest
I use Bariani too--but only raw (in salads, etc.) It's too expensive to cook with. I actually don't cook with olive much at all anymore, but my husband does and I don't want him using my precious Bariani, so I buy cheaper stuff too. FYI--I buy Bariani Olive Oil in shops that cater to raw vegans...here in NYC there are three that I can think of (Jubb's Longevity, Live Live, and another one in the EV that I can't remember the name of)! These kinds of shops also carry good coconut oil and sometimes palm as well in case you forget to mail order.
