I found a local source for raw goat milk, and I'm wondering if I can freeze it? I want to buy a bunch at once, as they will be out soon until March......Does the milk freeze/thaw okay? Thanks, Kristi

Guest guest
Welcome Kristi. I have frozen raw goat milk. It is difficult for me to find a regular, local source here in TX. I make kefir and do what I can on getting good raw milk as much as possible. I was told that freezing it is fine, but that the taste may be altered slightly. I don't know yet, as it is frozen still. I would think thawing the the refrigerator and giving it a good shake now and again would be sufficient. Best wishes, Deanna mamaswishes wrote: > > Hi all!
