I should amend this. I didn't mean to leave this group, just have a

place we can go to for extra ideas and such since all the other GFCF

groups are not eating NT even remotely. :-)

feel kind of guilty sometimes going on about GFCF on this group. I'm

willing to set it up, but would appreciate help with moderating as my

pitiful computer is very old and some days I'm just lucky to be able

to retrieve emails.

It doesn't matter to me much, I just throw all the groups in the

same filtered mailbox. But we have a kimchi group and a kefir group

and " fermented " group and some folks post the same message

in the multiple groups, which gets redundant (and you have to

figure out WHICH ONE to answer ...)

I would be interested, at least for a while. I'm still figuring

out whether we should be GF or CF or both or neither.

Steph

I absolutely would be interested in such a list!

In fact, I have been pondering my health issues

lately, and have slowly come to the conclusion that

the majority of my healthe problems now are due to

dairy consumption.

So I've just made some ghee from 2 packs of butter,

and I am 100% CF from tomorrow!
